Once you're registered on Golsbat, there's nothing extra to do each time — just sign in with your mobile number or email and password. That said, many users have questions about the login process, so here's a straightforward rundown.

You can log in with either your mobile number or email — both work fine. Most users in Bangladesh prefer their mobile number since it's easier to remember. If you'd rather use email, just enter the same one you registered with.

Forgotten your password? On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a verification code will be sent to you. Use that code to set a new password. The whole process typically takes around 5 minutes.

The answer is yes — however, if there are active sessions on several devices simultaneously, Golsbat may send a security alert. This is perfectly normal across your own personal devices, but if you receive a login notification from an unfamiliar device, change your password right away.

If you're accessing Golsbat from public Wi-Fi or a cyber café, a few precautions go a long way. Always log out when you're done. Never check the "Remember Me" option on a shared device. Clear your browsing history before leaving. These simple steps will keep your account safe.
